Transaction amount shows to be more than item bought?
Your bank will place a HOLD on your account greater than the amount to purchase one or multiple items in a singe vend transaction. This HOLD amount will be updated to reflect the actual transaction amount within 24-72 hours depending on the policy of your bank. Your final charge amount will be only for items vended. Any question regarding your bank’s policy on “account holds” should be directed to your bank.
Vending machine not reading credit card?
All of our machines are equipped with the ePort credit card processing system. These systems may be offline temporarily due to periodically updating. If this lasts longer than a few minutes, please contact your designated vending attendant or leave us a message below.
